Stephanie Carlsen, MA, LPC, RYT is a Denver-based Licensed Professional Counselor who blends traditional and alternative approaches to best support her client's unique needs.

 

With over 10 years of experience Stephanie has specialized training in trauma, eating disorders, energy healing, mindfulness, career counseling, and somatic healing work. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga and Wellness in Costa Rica and completed Reiki Level II with Carrie Varela Healing Arts. Stephanie weaves these elements to help folks overcome barriers, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create vitalized lives of connection and purpose. She is a strong believer in your innate capacity to heal and to awaken your intuitive wisdom.
